Let me begin by saying I NEVER write reviews, but after my experience with Dr. Cross and my son, I felt it was the only right thing to do seeing as he has changed my outlook on dentists altogether.

Dr. Cross is the BEST dentist in western Iowa. Not just for people who are VERY fearful of getting dental work done (like my son who has severe fear of people), but Dr. Cross is also a grade-A professional at his craft. I took my son into his office and was greeted by very friendly staff and felt comfortable through the entire process. He knew my son had a fear of people, so he took the time to get to know my son while working with him. We originally planned to see what all needed to be done before proceeding, but because we had such an excellent experience with Dr. Cross, we plan to go back and get all the necessary work finished (which is a lot-several cavities, a broken tooth, multiple crowns, etc.). At the end of the day, you have to pay for quality, and that is what Dr. Cross exudes. My son looks forward to his next appointment (already scheduled) and getting his smile back with Dr. Cross.
